Services & pricing
Published prices. Every one next to what a hire would cost.
No hourly billing. No contact-for-pricing. You start free, prove the value in a week, and keep me on for less than your cheapest employee. Prices in US dollars.
The ladder
Six ways to work together
Most clients start with a free scan or a Quick Win, then move onto an operations retainer. The bigger tiers are there when the manual work is bigger.
AI Opportunity Scan
FreeFind out what your manual work actually costs you.
You describe your business and where the repetitive work piles up. Within five business days I send back a written scan: the three workflows worth automating first, the effort each takes, and the hours a month each one frees.
- Async — fill one form, get a written reply
- Three highest-return automations, ranked
- Effort and monthly-hours-saved estimate for each
- No call, no pitch deck, no obligation
Best for: Anyone curious whether AI is worth it for their business.
Quick Win Build
Fixed priceOne week. One workflow gone. Less than half a month of a junior salary.
I take one painful, repetitive workflow and automate it end-to-end, then deploy it. Supplier emails turned into structured orders. Lead intake routed to your CRM with drafted replies. Documents turned into data entry. Whatever costs your team the most hours.
- One workflow, automated and deployed in five working days
- Built on your tools or hosted by me
- 30 days of running it included
- Short handover video and plain-English docs
Best for: First-time clients who want proof before a retainer.
AI Build Sprint
Fixed priceA working system for less than two months of a junior hire.
A larger system shipped to production: a support or sales chatbot trained on your real data, a document-processing pipeline, a quote generator, an internal AI tool your team actually uses. Scoped as a fixed price before we start.
- One production system, fully deployed
- Trained or built on your real data and processes
- Weekly written progress updates
- Documentation, handover video, and 30 days of support
Best for: Businesses with one clear, bigger system in mind.
AI Operations Retainer
MonthlyA fraction of your cheapest hire. Works 24/7. Never calls in sick.
The core of what I do. I run everything that has been built — hosting, monitoring, fixes, model and prompt updates as the providers ship changes — and every month I ship one more small automation. You get a written report of the hours saved.
- I operate and monitor every system built for you
- One new automation shipped every month
- Model and prompt updates kept current
- Monthly written report: what changed, hours saved
Best for: The default next step after a Quick Win or Sprint.
Automation Partner
MonthlyLess than one junior hire. Delivers like a technical team.
For businesses with more than one thing to automate. A standing roadmap, several workstreams running at once, bigger builds delivered in continuous sprints, priority response — and everything I build stays operated and monitored.
- Multiple automation workstreams running in parallel
- A standing, prioritized automation roadmap
- Priority response and weekly shipping
- Operations of everything built, included
Best for: Operations-heavy SMBs scaling without scaling headcount.
AI Department
MonthlyA fraction of what a technical department costs.
Department-scale AI across support, sales operations, and the back office — plus senior technical leadership on architecture, vendor choices, and the roadmap. For larger SMBs that need an AI function but not a full-time team to run it.
- Agent systems across multiple departments
- Senior technical leadership and architecture ownership
- Vendor and tooling decisions made and owned
- Board-ready monthly reporting
Best for: Larger SMBs and lower mid-market without an AI team.
How an engagement runs
From first email to systems that run themselves
- 01
Free scan
You describe your business and the repetitive work. I send back the three workflows worth automating first — written, in five business days.
- 02
Prove it in a week
A $1,500 Quick Win automates one workflow end-to-end and deploys it. A low-risk first transaction before anything monthly.
- 03
Keep me on
An operations retainer runs everything built and ships one new automation every month — for a fraction of a single hire.
- 04
Scale down the manual work
Every month, another piece of manual work disappears, and everything already built keeps running, monitored and improved.
What I take on
The work I'm built for
- Repetitive workflows that eat your team's hours
- Support and sales chatbots trained on your real data
- Document processing and data entry between systems
- Lead intake, routing, and drafted replies
- Internal AI tools your team actually uses
- Running and improving all of it, every month
What I don't do
Where I'll point you elsewhere
- One-off chatbots with nobody to run them afterward
- Hourly-billed advisory with no shipped system at the end
- Enterprise procurement cycles measured in quarters
- Anything I can't name a clear outcome for up front
If your need is strategic and based in the Gulf, I may point you to firmup, the consultancy I founded — a better fit for that work than this.
Straight answers
Common questions
Where are your client case studies?
My own companies are the case studies — six of them are public and you can click them at the top of this page. Client case studies get published as engagements close, anonymized, with the hours saved. Early clients get founding-client pricing in exchange for a named result I can show.
Why not just hire a freelancer on Upwork?
A freelancer builds something and leaves. Nobody runs it, monitors it, or updates it when a model changes underneath it. The retainer is the product: I keep your systems working and make them better every month. Building is the easy half.
Why should I trust a solo operator based in Dubai?
Because the proof is public and checkable. I run more than fifteen production AI applications, and six of them are live sites you can use right now. I work in writing, on fixed prices, with a contract and an invoice. You can start with a one-week Quick Win before committing to anything monthly.
How are you one person running all of this?
I built an AI operating system that runs my companies — agent departments for engineering, sales, and analytics, with quality gates and monitoring. That same leverage is why I can run your systems at a price that looks like a junior salary instead of an agency invoice.
What do you build on?
Production web apps on Next.js, the Claude API routed through a gateway I run, Postgres, and infrastructure I manage end to end — DNS, TLS, deploys, monitoring. I build on your existing tools where it makes sense and host things myself where it does not.
How do payments work?
Fixed builds are paid up front by card through a hosted checkout. Retainers are a flat monthly invoice with a card payment link, a three-month minimum, then 30 days' notice to stop. Prices are shown in US dollars; your card is charged through my UAE payment provider, which handles the currency conversion.
Do you sign an NDA and assign the IP?
Yes. A short fixed-scope agreement for builds, a simple monthly service agreement for retainers, IP assigns to you on payment, and a data-processing addendum is available for clients in the EU and UK.
Not sure which one you need?
Start with the free scan. I'll tell you exactly which workflows are worth automating and what it would take — before you spend anything.
